Splat Files — the farm
One queue, every GPU in the office
The merge of Splat Files and Splat Helix into a single splat-production app: photos, drone video, or CG renders go in one end; a compressed .sog with a QA trail and a machine-readable manifest comes out the other: unattended, overnight, resumable after a crash.
It now runs as a farm. The 4090 box coordinates the queue while the two office PCs claim jobs over the LAN, with GPU-tier scheduling sending training to the strongest idle card and a live resources tab showing each machine’s CPU, GPU, VRAM and NAS-link health. The web dashboard is rebuilt as a two-panel control console modelled on the original desktop tool.
